Before we begin treatment, you will be given a breakdown of associated costs and fees for your review.


We try to help all patients maximize their insurance benefits. But, because insurance policies vary and can be complex, we can only estimate your coverage and cannot guarantee coverage. Your estimated co-payment is due at the time of service. We will bill your insurance company and allow them 30 days to render payment. After 45 days, you will be responsible for the entire balance, paid in-full. If you have any questions, our staff is always available to provide answers.

Please verify your insurance with us each time you visit. We encourage you to contact your insurance company if your claim has not been paid within 30 days.


We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, as well as offer third-party financing through CareCredit. Courtesies are available for patients who pay in-full at the time of service.

If special arrangements are needed, please talk to our office manager prior to receiving treatment or services.
