Hours
Monday – Wednesday and Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
We are CLOSED on Saturday and Sunday.
Appointments
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time.
We request 48 hours notice for canceled appointments. After your second missed appointment without notice, you will be subject to a fee.
Children are always welcome; however, they must be accompanied by an adult in the waiting area at all times.
